To run the Restore data from backup utility, all users must be logged out of Net•Yield, see Concurrent Users for more information on how to determine is all uses are logged out of NetYield and how to clear users from Net•Yield.
1. After selecting the Restore Databases from Backup option the following message displays: "Do you want to restore the databases? No/Yes".
2. A Select A Directory window will appear with a list of backup databases found. Select which backup version of your databases to restore by scrolling to the version and pressing Enter.
3. The following message will appear: ”Restore from Shared Data folder\company folder\backup\\backup folder\\backup folder selected? No/Yes."
If you select yes, the message line will display the progress of the restoring of the databases. When the process is completed you will be returned to the main menu.
4. Exit Net•Yield and log back in. If you do not exit from Net•Yield the following message will display: “You are no longer a valid user on the system !!! Space Bar to continue." Press the space bar and then exit from Net•Yield.
